Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Returns Information

Items are shipped via UPS Ground with the exception of vitreous china (toilets) and require a street address. Vitreous china items are shipped via motor freight. If you order an item that requires motor freight shipping, we will send you an estimate which requires your approval before completing your order.

Per Plumber’s Yardsale policy, Customers will be notified of additional freight charges prior to shipment. Orders will not be shipped without customer approval of additional freight charges.

International Shipping

Plumbersyardsale.com typically uses USPS Priority Mail for its delivery service for International packages. Packages shipped to destinations outside of the United States via USPS Priority Mail are untraceable once they leave the United States. These packages are considered en route to their destination, and are not considered lost for up to 2 years by the USPS. If you would like a quote for UPS, which provides international tracking notifications, please contact us. 

Same Day Shipping
Same day shipping is available on all orders placed by 2 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Next day and quick shipping are available at customer’s cost. Expedited shipments will require customer approval of freight charges. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays, will be processed during the next regular business day. Orders requiring approval from Customers before shipping will be held until approval is received. Shipping charges requiring approval are emailed to the customer, so please check your email often if you have requested expedited shipping.

Delivery Method

Big Commerce utilizes UPS for its deliveries. UPS picks the items up at our location and delivers them to you. Delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days.

Your satisfaction is our desire. You may return merchandise by contacting our customer service department for an RGA and shipping instructions. No returns without an RGA. Non-stock & special order returns are subject to handling and restocking charges. To request an RGA, please email customerservice@tmssouth.com with your name, address, invoice number, and items you wish to return. Within 2 days of receipt of the RGA request, we will email you an RGA and instructions on how to ship your return.

If there's a problem with your order...

Please open all boxes immediately, check the contents, and notify us within 2 business days of any damage you find or any wrong product received. If you find that your order is damaged or incorrectly shipped, please email customerservice@tmssouth.com to request an RGA. Please do NOT send items back to us without an RGA number issued by us. If the order's packaging appears damaged, refuse to accept it or make note of it on the proof-of delivery slip. If you find the order is damaged after opening, please notify the carrier as well.

If you receive a defective product...

Within 30 days of receipt, contact us as soon as possible. We will send you an RGA number and cover the cost of returning it. If you choose to return the item without replacement, there will be a 15% restocking fee. If you choose to replace the item, we will pay the shipping charges to return and resend the item. If you notify us after 30 days, please deal directly with the manufacturer.

For any other reason...

We will only accept a return if there is an RGA issued, the product is in its original manufacturer's packaging, the product has never been used and it has been less than 30 days since you received the order. These items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
